9. Payment and Fees
Wholewella Health operates as a cash-pay practice.
Payment is due at the time of service
We do not bill insurance
Superbills may be provided upon request

All payments are final unless otherwise stated.
10. Membership and Program Terms
If you enroll in a membership or program:
You agree to the terms outlined at the time of purchase
Memberships may be billed monthly or in full
No guarantees of outcomes are provided
Cancellation policies will be disclosed at enrollment
Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension of services.
11. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least [24 hours] in advance
