9. Payment and Fees

Wholewella Health operates as a cash-pay practice.

  • We do not bill insurance

  • Superbills may be provided upon request

  • Pricing is subject to change at any time

All payments are final unless otherwise stated.

10. Membership and Program Terms

If you enroll in a membership or program:

  • You agree to the terms outlined at the time of purchase

  • Memberships may be billed monthly or in full

  • No guarantees of outcomes are provided

  • Cancellation policies will be disclosed at enrollment

Failure to comply with payment terms may result in suspension of services.

11. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
