Insurance & Payment
At Wholewella Health, we believe in transparent, personalized care that puts your needs first. Our model is designed to give you more time, deeper insights and a more meaningful path to long term wellness.
-
Wholewella Health is an out-of-network, cash pay practice. We DO NOT bill insurance directly.
This allows us to provide longer appointments, more in-depth testing and highly personalized care without the limitations of insurance guidelines.
-
Yes, in many cases.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. We provide a detailed receipt, often called a superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company.
Reimbursement varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits.
-
We accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical services.
-
Our goal is to treat the root cause, not just manage symptoms.
By operating outside of insurance networks, we are able to:
Spend more time with you during visits
Offer more comprehensive and personalized care plans
Utilize advanced testing and treatment options
Focus on prevention and long-term health.
This model allows us to prioritize your care, not insurance restrictions.

Some services may involve third-party providers.
Labs: Many specialty labs are cash-based. Some standard labs may be eligible for insurance depending on your plan.
Imaging (MRI, CT, etc.): If you prefer to use insurance, these may need to be ordered through your primary care provider or an in-network facility.
Prescriptions: Certain medications may be covered by insurance, while others (such as compound medications) are typically cash-pay.
Our team will guide you through the most cost-effective options whenever possible.
-
We accept:
All major credit and debit cards
HSA/FSA cards
Payment is due at the time of service.
If you have a question about pricing or services, our team is happy to walk you through everything before your visit.
