From there, we’ll begin building a personalized plan designed specifically for you.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other patients and adjust your plan accordingly.

No. Wholewella Health is designed to be fully virtual, making it easier to fit care into your life.

Initial consultations are more in-depth and typically range from 45 to 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are shorter and focused on progress, adjustments and ongoing support.

Wholewella Health is a self-pay practice. This allows us to spend more time with you and focus on personalized care without the limitations of insurance.

We do not bill insurance directly. However, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds depending on your plan.
