  • Yes. All guidance and recommendations are provided by a licensed nurse practitioner and are professional medical advice. Telehealth consultations are intended for ongoing health management and do not replace emergency care.

  • Absolutely. We encourage collaboration with your primary care provider. We can provide summaries and recommendations for you to share.

  • Your first visit includes a thorough review of your health history, lifestyle, and symptoms. We may recommend lab tests, lifestyle adjustments, and a

  • Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to other patients and adjust your plan accordingly.

Preparing for Your Visit

  • Telehealth lets you have a full consultation with your nurse practitioner from the comfort of your home via secure video. You can discuss your symptoms, receive recommendations, and follow up without needing to travel.

  • No. All consultations are virtual. If in-person testing or procedures are needed, we provide guidance on where to get them locally.

  • ●       Initial Consultation: 60–75 minutes

    This is a comprehensive visit where we review your medical history, lifestyle, symptoms, and may order lab work. A personalized treatment plan will be provided.

    ●       Follow-Up Visits: 30–45 minutes

      These visits focus on reviewing results, monitoring progress, and adjusting your plan as needed.

    ●       Optional Focused Visits: 20–30 minutes

           Shorter sessions for specific concerns or check-ins if necessary.

  • Follow-ups typically occur every 4–6 weeks, depending on your health goals and the complexity of your plan. I will provide a schedule tailored to your needs.

Costs & Payments

  • All consultations are cash-pay. We do not file insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

Emergency & Safety

  • If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Telehealth visits are not a substitute for urgent or emergency care.
